I believe that stories are great healers. Most of the stories I tell are European, and I specialise in Bulgarian and other Eastern European stories, honouring my lineage. I am passionate about nature-based stories that celebrate and honour the land, as well as stories that celebrate strong and wild women. I am available to hire for events - whether a special occasion, a retreat, a team away day, a public event, or something else. Prices from April 2026
I operate on a sliding scale depending on whether you're an individual, a small business, a charity/NHS or a larger organisation. All the fees below are for storytelling concerts and sharing of stories. The fees include story research, preparation and delivery.
Bespoke events are charged on an individual basis to into account extra research time, development as well as delivery. Please enquire directly for further information.
My fees are based on the recommended rates from the Scottish Storytelling Forum, the Scottish Book Trust, the Society of Authors and Equity Performing Arts Union. Travel is charged at 45pm per mile or at public transport costs. I usually don't charge for travel for distances within a 15 mile radius.

Individuals, small organisations & voluntary organisations
For one hour - £150 to £210 + travel
For half a day (~2 to 3 hours) - £200 to £300+ travel
For a full day (~4 to 5 hours) - £350 to £450 + travel
Evening events - From £300

I am committed to offering stories to all that may wish to hear them. A small proportion of my work for the year is at reduced rates or as an exchange for services. If you are an individual or a small independent company with a tight budget, get in touch to discuss your needs and we might be able to work together.
